Frequently Asked Questions

Most services, we will require parental consent if recipient is under 18. This is so a parent is aware that their minor child is getting the scheduled service.

For Body Piercings: you have to be 16+. If 16 or 17, parental consent and presence is needed.

For Ear Piercings: there are no age restrictions but we ask for parental consent if under 18.  Excluding lobes, you must be 12+ years of age. 

For Ear Lobes: must be 4+ years of age.

For most body areas: 2 weeks of growth prior to a hair removal service is ideal. Underarms can be 1 week.

For facial areas: 1 week minimum is recommended.

24 hours before: exfoliate the area with a sugar scrub or exfoliating glove.

Avoid tanning 24+ hours prior.

Don't apply lotions or creams the day of your appointment.

Wear loose clothing and breathable underwear to prevent friction and irritation.

Avoid high heat exposure, hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools, tanning, intimacy, and exercise for 24 hours.

Wear breathable clothing for the rest of the day, and breathable underwear is recommended for the 2-3 days post treatment to prevent unnecessary moisture and friction to the area.

24-48 hours post treatment, start exfoliating and moisturizing the areas using a sugar scrub or exfoliating glove to prevent ingrown, and moisturize with an unscented lotion to keep the area hydrated.

Lash Lifting and Tinting is known as a natural lash enhancement so it emphasizes what you naturally have for lashes. This can last up to 12 weeks depending on how fast your natural lashes grow.

Lash Extensions add length and fullness to the natural lashes with an extension being applied to each individual natural lash. This service is more maintenance, requiring fills every 2-3 weeks to remain looking fresh and full.
